📦 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

Yes! We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

🚚 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@auacharged.com.
We’ll help you file a claim or get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.

Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage for faster resolution.
